Lucidity Honored with PACCAR Long-Term Partnership Award
At first, Lucidity was not familiar with the PACCAR team. Apart from the PACCAR quality control personnel we worked with, most PACCAR members—whether in Shanghai or other regions—knew little about us. However, through our 4” and 6” tail lamps and license plate lamps, we gradually gained recognition and secured a spot on PACCAR’s 10 PPM Excellent Supplier List for three consecutive years. In 2024, we were further nominated as a Distinguished Long-Term Partner.
Our collaboration with PACCAR-KENWORTH North America began in 2015 through our U.S. subsidiary, Optronics. When we first received PACCAR’s quality testing specifications, our team found them daunting—seemingly an impossible task. Over more than two years, we pushed forward despite repeated failures and challenges, overcoming obstacles one by one. Through unwavering perseverance, we transformed what once seemed impossible into reality, ultimately earning recognition as a PACCAR Distinguished Long-Term Partner.
Winning the 2024 Long-Term Partnership Award required more than just maintaining our place on PACCAR’s 10 PPM List for three consecutive years. PACCAR also evaluated us based on responsiveness, accuracy, and overall collaboration performance. The award was granted only after an internal nomination and rigorous selection process. Together with our U.S. subsidiary, Optronics, we continuously improved our processes, ensuring seamless production and timely deliveries, providing PACCAR with the fastest responses and best service possible. This prestigious honor is a testament to the dedication of every team member.
