Lucidity's Commitment to Fostering an Inclusive and Accessible Workplace for Employees with Disabilities

Lucidity takes pride in the exceptional contributions of our employees with disabilities, whose dedication and performance consistently exceed expectations. This year, we were honored by the “Hired Disabilities Organization,” and one of our colleagues was recognized as a Role Model Employee with Disabilities. This recognition is the best testament to our years of commitment in promoting a friendly and inclusive workplace.
Lucidity currently employs twenty-five colleagues with disabilities, significantly exceeding the statutory minimum of five. Of these, twenty have been with the company for over three years, illustrating their outstanding dedication and irreplaceable contributions.
Lucidity is committed to supporting all team members. On particular occasions, we invite sign language interpreters to ensure that colleagues with hearing loss fully understand the content. Whenever colleagues encounter challenges that require assistance, we promptly provide professional support. In addition, we continuously optimize our workplace environment and operating procedures through initiatives such as visual aids, touch interfaces, written communication tools, and warning system. Various assistive tools are also introduced to make work easier while enhancing efficiency and safety.
Recognizing the challenges that people with disabilities face in entering and adapting to the work, Lucidity remains dedicated to creating a tolerant, caring, and well-structured workplace. From hardware improvements to fostering positive interpersonal interactions, we ensure that a friendly workplace is not just a slogan, but a promise actively put into practice.
