Providing SDGs themed picture books for parent-child reading, Lucidity promotes sustainable education.
In response to the global movement toward sustainable development, Lucidity continues to deepen its commitment to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) by integrating sustainability into its corporate culture and extending its influence to employees’ families. To this end, Lucidity has partnered with the “TZUYOUNG Foundation” and “FUTURE PARENTING” magazine to introduce a curated collection of picture books and children’s literature aligned with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These books are made available to employees for free borrowing to encourage parent-child reading and to instill awareness of environmental and social issues from an early age.
The selected books cover key SDGs topics through relatable storytelling and vivid illustrations that help children naturally understand crucial global issues such as climate change, ocean conservation, food security, gender equality, and quality education. Titles like “I Planted a Cabbage” use playful narratives to teach children the importance of food production, while “Malala Speaks Out introduces” the inspiring story of Malala Yousafzai, encouraging children to speak up and pursue justice.
Through this initiative, Lucidity hopes these books will go beyond knowledge transmission to spark meaningful parent-child conversations and emotional connections, nurturing values such as respect for life and care for society.
