Teamwork Makes Dreams Work !

This year’s training focused on team building, with a 1.5-day course led by professional trainers. The program emphasized five key areas: organizational restructuring, role clarification, strategic planning, supervision and control, and team communication. Through interactive activities and tools, participants enhanced their communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.

A standout feature of the course was the introduction of Shohei Ohtani’s "Mandala Chart"—a strategic method for achieving goals through detailed and precise planning. Managers explored how to break down objectives into actionable steps, practicing the approach hands-on to strengthen their strategic planning skills.

Another memorable activity was the "Blindfold Puzzle," where participants worked together to assemble a puzzle while blindfolded. Success relied entirely on touch and verbal communication, with only one team member able to see and answer questions. This exercise emphasized the importance of effective questioning, communication, and teamwork, while fostering a strong sense of collaboration.
