Premier of Executive Yuan Visited Lucidity - Affirming the Culture for Supporting the Employees with Special Needs.

This visit brought some significances for Lucidity. As Premier Chen and his delegation team went through the factory operations, they particularly noticed how people with disabilities accommodate themselves in the campus. For now, total 38 people with special needs contributed in Lucidity’s daily works. This is 6.7% of 571 employees which outperformed the basic requirement from the authorities. This is part of our commitment in embracing the diversity and developing the potentials for every employee.

Premier Chen observed how we facilitated this special group to fit in at work properly. For example, we installed warning lights around the shop floors for the group of hearing-impaired operators. The supervisors are trained with sign language and are capable of giving necessary training in a visualization way. Each employee is able to find themselves a suitable place here. Premier Chen also pointed out Lucidity's achievement in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance) implementations. Being certified with “Green Building – Diamond Level" and "Green Factory," Lucidity has being devoted to a series of ESG essentials and becoming one of the leading enterprises with more industrial followers.
